Taking RLP to the Next Level: Hiring a COO

We’re pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer. 

Refugee Language Project has grown dramatically since 2020 and now needs to increase its capacity to manage that new size. The board is looking for a mission-focused, seasoned, and strategic leader to serve as Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to the Executive Director, the COO will lead all internal operations to ensure successful implementation of the organization’s vision. Through management of staff, financial oversight, and general business operations, the COO will deliver measurable, cost-effective results that make the vision a reality. The successful COO will have the skills, sensitivity, and confidence to tap into the power that each member of the team brings to this mission.
